AC [All Conditions]: 5.3/6.6” Travel:The Giant AC range was created for the rider who accepts the challenge of the most hardcore terrain imaginable, but prefers to ride to the top rather than taking the ski lift! The introduction of our VT bikes in 2003 has allowed us to re-invent the AC for 2004 as a pure free-ride machine. 2004 bikes have even more travel (5.3 or 6.6 inches), beefier frames and free-ride specific forks. Our DH-inspired 4-bar linkage rear end uses Manitou’s awesome Swinger SPV shocks with progressive damping for a super-plush action. This year’s bikes also feature SPV-equipped forks resulting in added pedaling efficiency with the AC’s legendary big hit performance for everything else. |
